Apa bedanya 'focusing' dan 'concentrating'? Menurut saya 'focusing' itu berkaitan dengan pandangan, bila diibaratkan mata kita adalah lensa kamera. Semacam pakai kaca mata kuda, itu yang disebut 'focusing'.
Sedangkan 'concentrating' berkaitan dengan pikiran, karena hanya pikiran yang bisa diajak berkonsentrasi.
